Have you already earned credits from a college or university, but are interested in continuing your studies at Pace University in New York? If so, applying for transfer admission may be your best option.
What is transfer admission?
Transfer admission is an application option for qualified undergraduate students who have earned some undergraduate credits at another college or university and wish to finish their studies at Pace.
If you fit this description, you may be able to apply for “transfer admission” into Year 2 or 3 of a bachelor’s degree program at Pace University. When you apply, the University will evaluate which credits you’ve already earned can be counted toward a Pace degree. Upon graduation, your degree will be awarded by Pace.

You can qualify to transfer into a Pace bachelor’s degree by meeting the following requirements:
- Academic: minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale in previous university-level coursework
- English language: minimum TOEFL 80 / Kaplan Test of English 462 / IELTS 6.5 / PTE 54 / Duolingo 115
If you don’t quite qualify, you could transfer to Pace through the Global Pathways program with the following requirements:
- Academic: minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale in previous undergraduate coursework
- English language: minimum TOEFL 55 / Kaplan Test of English 428 / IELTS 5.5 (no bands below 5.0) / PTE 42 / Duolingo 95

For students who have started their undergraduate studies at another university or college and want to complete their bachelor’s degree at Pace. Students must meet the entry requirements to be able to transfer.
OPTION 2
Global Pathways transfer admission
For students with existing college-level credit who don’t yet meet the academic or English entry requirements for transfer to a bachelor’s degree at Pace.
