Kaplan Living Special Support
As part of our commitment to providing the best service and level of care for our students, the Kaplan Living Special Support service offers additional support to students at Kaplan Living Glasgow from January 2021. This service is included in all accommodation packages for students under 18, covered by an additional £300 fee. You’ll benefit from access to Wellbeing Coordinators living in the residence who will be available 24/7 to support you by:
answering any questions you may have prior to your arrival
helping you settle into life in the UK
organising any required self-isolation period
assisting with making medical appointments
handling any emergencies throughout the night
arranging video calls with your parents
encouraging you to engage in college and residence activities.
While this service is mandatory for students under the age of 18, it is also available to all other students as a fantastic extra layer of support for while they stay with us.
