Accommodation Promotional Terms & Conditions

Each set of Terms and Conditions below should be treated separately.

Accommodation Package Promotional Terms:

1. The Accommodation Package Promotion: the reduction of outstanding accommodation fees due to us subject to the below terms (the “Offer”).
2. References to “our” and “we” and “us” shall mean Kaplan International Colleges U.K. Limited, whose registered office is at Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London, England, SE1 9DE and references to “you” shall mean a full-time student who:
   1. is due to be or is actively enrolled at one of the following colleges:
      1. University of Brighton International College;
      2. Bournemouth University International College;
      3. University of Liverpool International College;
      4. Nottingham Trent International College;
      5. University of Nottingham International College; or
      6. Glasgow International College; and
   2. is due to commence or has commenced their course in the Autumn 2026 term; AND
   3. is due to be  living in one of the following residences:
      1. Kaplan Living Brighton;
      2. Kaplan Living Bournemouth;
      3. Kaplan Living Nottingham;
      4. Kaplan Living Liverpool;
      5. Kaplan Living Glasgow – Old Dumbarton Road; or
      6. Kaplan Living Glasgow – Argyle Street (the “Eligible Residences”).
3. If you apply for a room in one of the “Eligible Residences” within 2 weeks of paying your tuition fee deposit, your outstanding accommodation fees will be reduced by £500. This means that £500 will be applied to your Kaplan account when your room is reserved.
4. Subject to section 5, this Offer applies to applications for rooms made on and after 11 February 2026 until 31 October 2026 (inclusive) where your Licence Agreement with us commences on or after 1 September 2026.
5. Please be aware that you are not able to move into a room until after you have signed your Licence Agreement with us and paid the first instalment of your licence fee.
6. In order to be eligible for the Offer, you must have completed all of the relevant pre-booking steps, including (but not limited to) signing your Licence Agreement, paying the first instalment of your licence fee and nominating a guarantor, where applicable. All the necessary pre-conditions will be advised to you when you apply for a room in one of the Eligible Residences.
7. Students who booked or applied for a room in one of the Eligible Residences on or before 10 February 2026 are not eligible for the Offer.
8. Please note that this Offer is only available to students who permanently reside outside of mainland China.
9. The Offer is strictly subject to availability – once all rooms in an Eligible Residence are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available in that Eligible Residence. Similarly, once all rooms are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available.   

“Refer a Friend” Promotional Terms:

1. The “Refer a Friend” Promotion: if you are due to move into one of our Eligible Residences and refer a friend or family member to us who they subsequently applies for a room in the same residence, you and your friend or family member will each receive a £100 credit to their Kaplan account, subject to the below terms (the “Offer”).
2. References to “our” and “we” and “us” shall mean Kaplan International Colleges U.K. Limited, whose registered office is at Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London, England, SE1 9DE and references to “you” shall mean a full-time student who is due to move into one of the following residences in September 2026:
3. Kaplan Living Brighton;
4. Kaplan Living Bournemouth;
5. Kaplan Living Nottingham;
6. Kaplan Living Glasgow – Old Dumbarton Road;
7. Kaplan Living Glasgow – Argyle Street (the “Eligible Residences”).
8. If you refer a friend or family member (the “Referred Person”) to us and they:
   1. subsequently apply for a room at the same Eligible Residence that you are due to move into; and
   2. are not currently residing in the Eligible Residence; and
   3. have never resided in the Eligible Residence,

you and the Referred Person will each receive a £100 credit to your Kaplan account. This credit can be used against accommodation fees, or any other fees owed to the Eligible Residence.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to be eligible for the Offer, the Referred Person must provide your name and current address when submitting their application for a room in the Eligible Residence. The Referred Person should state this information in the “Comment” section of the application form, along with the fact that they have been referred. If they do not do this, they will strictly not be eligible for the Offer.

5. This Offer applies to applications for rooms made on and after 17 November 2025.
6. Please be aware that residents  are not able to move into rooms at the Eligible Residences until after they have signed a Licence Agreement with us and paid the first instalment of their licence fee. This rule applies to both you and your Referred Person.
7. In order to be eligible for the Offer, you must have completed all of the relevant pre-booking steps, including (but not limited to) signing your Licence Agreement, paying the first instalment of your licence fee and nominating a guarantor, where applicable. All the necessary pre-conditions will be advised to you when you apply for a room in one of the Eligible Residences.
8. Students and Referred Persons who booked or applied for a room in one of the Eligible Residences on or before 17 November 2025 are not eligible for the Offer.
9. The Offer is strictly subject to availability – once all rooms in an Eligible Residence are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available in that Eligible Residence. Similarly, once all rooms are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available. 

Promotional Terms for the Bournemouth University International College course and room package:

1. The Bournemouth University International College course and room package promotion: offering eligible students a reduction in tuition and accommodation fees subject to the below terms.
2. References to “our” and “we” and “us” shall mean Kaplan International Colleges U.K. Limited, whose registered office is at Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London, England, SE1 9DE and references to “you” shall mean a full-time student who:
   1. has accepted an offer to study a Bournemouth University International College (BUIC) course commencing in the Autumn 2026 term;
   2. submitted their application for the above BUIC course between 8 June 2026 and 31 October 2026 (inclusive);
   3. has paid their tuition fee deposit for the above BUIC course on or before 31 October 2026; and
   4. has been accepted to live at Kaplan Living Bournemouth for the duration of their BUIC course (see below at point 5 the pre-booking steps that must also be completed).

(“Eligible Students”)

All of 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d must apply in order for you to be an Eligible Student.

3. If you are an Eligible Student, you are able to take advantage of a “Package Price” for your tuition and accommodation fees (the “Offer”). The below Package Prices shall be applicable to you, depending on which BUIC course you are studying. For the avoidance of doubt, the below prices are the tuition fees applicable to the listed BUIC courses for the 2026/2027 academic year only, combined with the accommodation fees applicable to a classic ensuite room at Kaplan Living Bournemouth for the duration of your BUIC course only.

The Package Prices:

4. Room type offered will be a classic en-suite room; upgrades may be available for an additional cost, subject to availability.  
5. To be eligible for the Offer and to be able to move into a room at Kaplan Living Bournemouth, you must have completed all of the relevant pre-booking steps, including (but not limited to) signing your Licence Agreement, paying the first instalment of your licence fee and nominating a guarantor, where applicable. All the necessary pre-conditions will be advised to you when you apply for a room at Kaplan Living Bournemouth
6. The above Package Prices are not available (1) if you defer study; or (2) to any extension of your stay at Kaplan Living Bournemouth. If you opt to defer study or extend your stay, standard fee rates will apply.
7. The Offer is strictly subject to availability – once all places have been filled at BUIC and/or all classic ensuite rooms in Kaplan Living Bournemouth are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available.
8. This Offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other Kaplan promotion / offer. For the avoidance of doubt, if you are an Eligible Student and accept this Offer, you are ineligible to take advantage of any other Kaplan promotion / offer.
9. We do not accept responsibility in the event that applications for courses or rooms cannot be submitted due to technical faults, technical malfunctions, computer hardware or software failures, satellite, network or server failures of any kind.
10. By taking advantage of this Offer, you agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse the Offer to anyone in breach of these terms.
11. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from acceptance of the Offer, except where caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
12. Personal data submitted in connection with the Offer will be processed in accordance with Kaplan’s Privacy Notice.

University of Glasgow International College and Kaplan Living Glasgow Accommodation Promotional Terms:

1. This room promotion offers eligible students accommodation at a Kaplan Living Glasgow residence for a total licence fee of £3000 during eligible periods subject to the below terms (the Offer).
2. References to “our” and “we” and “us” shall mean Kaplan International Colleges U.K. Limited, whose registered office is at Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London, England, SE1 9DE and references to “you” shall mean a full-time student who:
   1. has accepted an offer to study a University of Glasgow International College (College) course commencing in the Spring 2027 term;
   2. submitted their room application for the above College course between 20 October 2026 and 1 April 2027 (inclusive); and
   3. has paid their tuition fee deposit for the above College course.

(“Eligible Students”)

All of 2a, 2b and 2c must apply in order for you to be an Eligible Student.

3. If you are an Eligible Student and you book accommodation at Kaplan Living Glasgow (Old Dumbarton Road or Kaplan Living Glasgow , Argyle Street) during one of the following Eligible Accommodation Periods, your licence fee for that period will be £3000 only.
   1. 9 January 2027 – 4 September 2027; or
   2. 27 February 2027 – 4 September 2027; or
   3. 17 April 2027 – 4th September 2027.

(“Eligible Accommodation Periods”)

4. Room type offered will be a classic en-suite room; upgrades may be available for an additional cost, subject to availability.  
5. To be eligible for the Offer and to be able to move into a room at a Kaplan Living Glasgow residence, you must have been accepted to stay at that accommodation and have completed all of the relevant pre-booking steps, including (but not limited to) signing your Licence Agreement, paying the first instalment of your licence fee and nominating a guarantor, where applicable. All the necessary pre-conditions will be advised to you when you apply for a room at a Kaplan Living Glasgow residence. 
6. The Offer is not available if you defer study or extend your stay beyond the Eligible Accommodation Periods. Standard licence fees will apply to any extension or other period.  
7. The Offer is strictly subject to availability – once all classic ensuite rooms in each Kaplan Living Glasgow residence are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available.   
8. We do not accept responsibility in the event that applications for courses or rooms cannot be submitted due to technical faults, technical malfunctions, computer hardware or software failures, satellite, network or server failures of any kind.
9. By taking advantage of this Offer, you agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse the Offer to anyone in breach of these terms.
10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from acceptance of the Offer, except where caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Personal data submitted in connection with the Offer will be processed in accordance with Kaplan’s Privacy Notice.
