If you already meet all the entry requirements for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, we can help you apply directly to a US university. We’ll support you every step of the way, from helping you prepare your application and personal statement to helping you find student accommodation.
You will get expert help on choosing your perfect bachelor’s or master’s degree. You’ll also be taken through the application process with support at every step.
Choosing a degree is a big decision. You want to be sure you’ve made the right choice, and so do we. You’ll get help finding the degree that’s best for your career goals. For example, this could relate to degree subject, length, or the type of work experience opportunities available during your studies.
By knowing your academic qualifications, we can also counsel you on which degree options can increase your chance of admission. With expert advice, your decision will be easier to make.
The first stage is to create your degree application. Kaplan staff or your education representative can help you with this, and when you apply through us your application fee is waived. If you don’t have an official English language score yet, you can also take a free Kaplan exam.
We will check that you meet the minimum requirements for the specific degree you are interested in, and that you have all the necessary supporting documents. Once your application is complete, we’ll send it to the university and work with their admissions team to make sure it’s processed smoothly.
A key part of applying to university is writing your personal statement. This is a summary of you, your background, and your achievements and experience so far. It’s also your way of expressing why you want to study at your chosen university, and why you’re choosing a particular degree. You’ll benefit from great tips on how to create a winning personal statement — one that will help you shine among other applicants.
During the application process, you’ll have key deadlines to meet. But don’t worry, we’ll ensure you’re aware of these stages, so that you have the best chance of studying at your chosen university. We offer extended deadlines at most of our universities, which gives you maximum flexibility.
We’ll also keep you up to date on the progress of your application, and help you with the steps you need to take to apply for a visa and prepare for your arrival.
Where you live is a very important part of your university experience – we want you to be happy in your new home. With our guidance, you can select and book student accommodation that’s right for you. For example, you might want meals provided or you could cook for yourself. We’ll ensure you get the information you need from the university to find a great new place to live.

If you already have existing undergraduate credits from university study, we can help you apply to transfer into Year 2 or 3 of a US bachelor’s degree. When you transfer credits, you can complete your US bachelor’s program without adding extra, and your degree will be awarded by the US university.
