What is the Kaplan Canada Future Leaders Challenge?

The Kaplan Canada Future Leaders Challenge is a great opportunity for two high-achieving students to win CAD$10,000 off their tuition fees when they apply with Kaplan to the University of Alberta or University of Victoria! 

How do I enter the challenge?

To be eligible, you must: 

Apply with Kaplan to study at either the University of Alberta or the University of Victoria for the Fall 2026 intake 

  • Circle with a checkmark in the centre

    Be a student from Kenya or Zimbabwe

  • Circle with a checkmark in the centre

    Have an overall GPA of at least a B+

  • Circle with a checkmark in the centre

    Not hold Canadian citizenship or permanent residence

  • Circle with a checkmark in the centre

    Submit a 2-minute video answering the question:

    “What global challenge do you believe will most define your generation, and how could studying in Canada — at the University of Alberta or University of Victoria — help you play a meaningful role in addressing it?”

  • Circle with a checkmark in the centre

    Submit a Letter of Recommendation from a teacher or organization(s) where you have volunteered
