This service is included in all accommodation packages for students under 18, covered by an additional £300 fee. You’ll benefit from access to Wellbeing Coordinators living in the residence who will be available 24/7 to support you by:

  • answering any questions you may have prior to your arrival
  • helping you settle into life in the UK
  • assisting with making medical appointments
  • handling any emergencies throughout the night
  • arranging video calls with your parents
  • encouraging you to engage in college and residence activities.

While this service is mandatory for students under the age of 18, it is also available to all other students as a fantastic extra layer of support for while they stay with us.
