ASU London American Football Prize Draw Agent Terms and Conditions

The Prize Draw and Promoter

1. The “Prize Draw”: the chance for eligible entrants to win a trip to visit ASU London, Kaplan International College London and a ticket (plus travel to or within the UK) to the University of Kansas v Arizona State University American Football game at Wembley Stadium, London on Saturday 19 September 2026 (each a “Prize”), subject to the below terms.
   1. If you are a UK-based agent, you will be entered into the UK-based agent Prize Draw.
   2. If you are an agent based outside of the UK, you will be entered into the international agent Prize Draw.

References to the Prize Draw are references to both draws, only one of which you will be entered into, depending upon your operational location.

2. References to “we”, “us”, “our” and “Kaplan” mean Kaplan International Colleges UK Limited, whose registered office is at Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London, SE1 9DE. We are the Promoter of the Prize Draw. References to “you” mean an individual who meets the eligibility criteria detailed below.

Eligibility

3. To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, you must, during the Prize Draw Period (defined below):

1. be an authorized Kaplan agent; and
2. have recruited at least one student, who has paid a deposit, to attend one of the following institutions, commending their studies in September 2026:

1. Kaplan International College London (KICL); or
2. ASU London (ASUL) Direct Entry; and

3. hold a valid UK visa, or already be legally present in the UK

 (“Eligible Entrants”).

4. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
5. You will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw if you fulfil the criteria at point 3 above.

The Prize Draw Period

6. The Prize Draw opens at 00:01 on 12 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 14 August 2026 (the “Prize Draw Period”). Individuals who only fulfil any of the above Eligibility criteria at point 3 above after the closing date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

How to Enter

7. By fulfilling all of the Eligibility criteria at point 3 above during the Prize Draw Period, you will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw.
8. Each student recruited (with deposit paid) in accordance with point 3(b) above constitutes one entry into the Prize Draw. Multiple entries are permitted.

The Prizes

9. If you are an agent based in the UK, you will be entered into the Prize Draw for UK-based agents. There is one Prize available to be won by UK-based agents and this consists of:

1. An organized visit to ASUL on or around 19 September 2026 in accordance with an agreed itinerary;
2. An organized visit to KICL on or around 19 September 2026 in accordance with an agreed itinerary;
3. One ticket for the University of Kansas v Arizona State University American Football game at Wembley Stadium, London on 19 September 2026;
4. A return train ticket to London from within the UK, as arranged by us;
5. Additional travel expenses to cover reasonable travel costs within the UK for activities arranged by us as part of the agreed itinerary (subject to receipt submission to us and adherence with our expenses policy); and
6. One (1) night’s accommodation on the night of 19 September 2026, as arranged by us.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The visits to AZUL and KICL will include mandatory compliance training which you must participate in if you win the Prize.

10. If you are an agent based outside of the UK, you will be entered into the Prize Draw for international agents. There is one Prize available to be won by international agents and this consists of:  

1. An organized visit to ASUL on or around 19 September 2026 in accordance with an agreed itinerary;
2. An organized visit to KICL on or around 19 September 2026 in accordance with an agreed itinerary;
3. One ticket for the University of Kansas v Arizona State University American Football game at Wembley Stadium, London on 19 September 2026 ;
4. Travel expenses up to £1500 to cover one return international flight to and from London for attendance on the trip (subject to receipt submission to us and adherence with our expenses policy);
5. Additional travel expenses to cover reasonable travel costs (including airport transfers and travel to Wembley Stadium from a London hotel) within the UK for activities arranged by us as part of the agreed itinerary (subject to receipt submission to us and adherence with our expenses policy); and
6. Up to three (3) consecutive nights’ accommodation in a hotel on dates to be agreed (including the night of 19 September 2026), as arranged by us.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The visits to AZUL and KICL will include mandatory compliance training which you must participate in if you win the Prize.

11. The Prizes:

1. do not include accommodation, travel from outside of the UK (if you are a UK-based agent), any visa related costs, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses (other than those otherwise above);
2. do not include, for international agents, in-flight meals, upgraded seats, lounge-access or any other travel expenses (other than those otherwise above); 
3. are non-transferable;have no cash alternative; and
4. have no cash alternative; and
5. may not be exchanged or resold.

12. We reserve the right to substitute a Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.

The Winners

13. The Prize Draws will take place on Monday 17 August 2026.
14. One Eligible Entrant to the UK-based agent Prize Draw will be selected at random under independent supervision and one Eligible Entrant to the international agent Prize Draw will be selected at random under independent supervision (the “Winners”).
15. Winners will be notified using the email address that we have on record for you as an authorized agent of Kaplan. If a Winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Prize will be forfeited and we reserve the right to select an alternative Winner in accordance with the process described above.

16. Our decision in relation to any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.

17. It is the responsibility of the Winners to ensure that they are available on 19 September 2026, and on the surrounding dates, to attend the Game and the other activities on the agreed itinerary. If they are not available, we reserve the right to select an alternative Winner in accordance with the process described above. No alternative dates are available.

18. Winners are responsible for informing us of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when accepting the Prize.

19. Winners are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements.

20. The agreed itinerary will be circulated with reasonable notice prior to its start date. If you are unavailable on 19 September 2026 and/or any other date specified in the agreed itinerary, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from you and draw another Eligible Entrant.

Publication of Winners

21. We will either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will send the surname and city of the Winners to anyone who emails pathwaysmarketing@kaplan.com or writes to the address set out at point 2 above (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the Prize Draw Period ending.
22. If a Winner objects to any or all of their surname and city being published or made available, they should contact us at pathwaysmarketing@kaplan.com. In such circumstances we must still provide the information to regulatory authorities on request.

Wembley Stadium and other third parties

23. Use of the tickets for the Game shall be subject to Wembley Stadium policies and terms and conditions, available at: Home | Wembley Stadium.
24. Travel to and from the UK and travel within the UK shall be subject to the third-party travel or transportation provider’s terms and conditions.
25. Accommodation shall be subject to the third-party accommodation provider’s terms and conditions.

General

26. We do not accept responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, technical malfunctions, computer hardware or software failures, satellite, network or server failures of any kind.
27. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third parties, including but not limited to venues, event operators, travel providers (including airlines), or other service providers.
28. We are not responsible and are not liable for any losses in respect of the same, in the event that:

1. the Game is cancelled or postponed;
2. any transportation or travel is delayed or cancelled (even where such delays or cancellations prevent you from attending the Game or other activities in the agreed itinerary);
3. your visa is refused or delayed (even where such refusals or delays prevent you from attending the Game or other activities in the agreed itinerary).

29. By recruiting students in accordance with point 3 above, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these terms.

30. We reserve the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
31. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from acceptance of a Prize, except where caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Personal Data

32. Personal data submitted in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with Kaplan’s Privacy Notice.
