The Prize Draw and Promoter

1. The “Prize Draw” is the chance for eligible entrants to win one of two tickets (plus travel from within the UK to Wembley Stadium) to the University of Kansas v Arizona State University American Football game at Wembley Stadium, London on Saturday 19 September 2026 (each a “Prize”), subject to the below terms.

2. References to “we”, “us”, “our” and “Kaplan” mean Kaplan International Colleges UK Limited, whose registered office is at Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London, SE1 9DE. We are the promoter of the Prize Draw. References to “you” mean an individual who meets the eligibility criteria detailed below.

Eligibility

3. To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, you must, during the Prize Draw Period (defined below):

(a) have accepted a place to commence your studies in September 2026 at Kaplan International College London (KICL);

(b) have paid your tuition fee deposit by 23:59 on Friday 14 August 2026; and

(“Eligible Entrants”).

4. You will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw if you fulfil the criteria at point 3 above.

The Prize Draw Period

5. The Prize Draw opens at 00:01 on [INSERT DATE] and closes at 23:59 on 14 August 2026 (the “Prize Draw Period”). Individuals who only fulfil any of the above Eligibility criteria at point 3 above after the closing date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

How to Enter

6. By fulfilling all of the Eligibility criteria at point 3 above during the Prize Draw Period, you will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

The Prizes

7. There are two (2) Prizes available to be won. Each Prize consists of:

(a) One ticket for the University of Kansas v Arizona State University American Football game at Wembley Stadium, London on Saturday 19 September 2026 (the Game);

(b) Travel to the Game from your study accommodation (or KICL if preferred), as arranged by us;

8. The Prizes:

(a) do not include accommodation, travel to the UK if you are travelling from outside of the UK, any visa related costs, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses (other than those otherwise above);

(b) are non-transferable;

(d) may not be exchanged or resold.

9. We reserve the right to substitute a Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.

10. If you are unavailable on the day of the Game, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from you and draw another Eligible Entrant.

The Winners

11. The Prize Draw will take place on Monday 7 September 2026. Two Eligible Entrants will be selected at random under independent supervision (the “Winners”).

12. Winners will be notified using the email address provided as part of your KICL application. If a Winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Prize will be forfeited and we reserve the right to select an alternative Winner in accordance with the process described above.

13. Our decision in relation to any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.

14. It is the responsibility of the Winners to ensure that they are available on 19 September 2026 to attend the Game. If they are not available, we reserve the right to select an alternative Winner in accordance with the process described above. No alternative dates are available.

15. Winners are responsible for informing us of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when accepting the Prize.

16. Winners are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements.

Publication of Winners

17. We will either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will send the surname and city of the Winners to anyone who emails [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS] or writes to the address set out at point 2 above (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the Prize Draw Period ending.

18. If a Winner objects to any or all of their surname and city being published or made available, they should contact us at [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS]. In such circumstances we must still provide the information to regulatory authorities on request.

Wembley Stadium and Third Parties

19. Use of the tickets for the Game shall be subject to Wembley Stadium policies and terms and conditions, available at: Home | Wembley Stadium.

20. Travel to and from the Game shall be subject to the third-party travel or transportation provider’s terms and conditions.

General

21. We do not accept responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, technical malfunctions, computer hardware or software failures, satellite, network or server failures of any kind.

22. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third parties, including but not limited to venues, event operators, travel providers or other service providers.

23. We are not responsible and are not liable for any losses in respect of the same, in the event that:

(a) the Game is cancelled or postponed
(b) travel is delayed or cancelled
(c) a visa is refused or delayed

24. By submitting your application, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these terms.

25. We reserve the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

26. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from acceptance of a Prize, except where caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Personal Data

27. Personal data submitted in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with Kaplan’s Privacy Notice.
