Arizona State University Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The Prize Draw and Promoter

1. The “Prize Draw”: the chance for eligible entrants to win one of four Amazon Gift
   Cards* each worth USD $50 (each a “Prize”), subject to the below terms.
2. References to “we”, “us”, “our” and “Kaplan” mean Kaplan International Pathways
   North America LLC, whose registered office is at 675 Massachusetts Avenue, Suite 300,
   Cambridge, MA 02139. We are the Promoter of the Prize Draw. References to “you”
   mean an individual who meets the eligibility criteria detailed below.
   
   Eligibility
3. To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, you must complete the poll distributed to you
   directly via email by Kaplan during the Prize Draw Period (“Eligible Entrants”).
4. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
   
   The Prize Draw Period
5. The Prize Draw opens at 00:01 on 3 February 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 8 February
   2026 (the “Prize Draw Period”). Individuals who submit the poll outside of the Prize
   Draw Period will not be eligible.
   
   How to Enter
6. By fully completing and submitting the poll during the Prize Draw Period, you will
   automatically be entered into the Prize Draw. Only one entry per person is permitted.
   Multiple entries will not be accepted.
   
   The Prizes
7. There are four (4) Prizes available to be won. Each Prize consists of one Amazon Gift
   Card with a value of USD $50.
8. The Prizes:
   • are non-transferable;
   • have no cash alternative; and
   • may not be exchanged or resold.
9. We reserve the right to substitute a Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if
   circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.

10. Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed
    or administered by, or associated with, Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Entrants,
    eligible or otherwise, shall under no circumstances hold Amazon responsible for any
    aspect of this Prize Draw.

    The Winners
12. The Prize Draw will take place within 21 days of the closing of the Prize Draw Period.
    Four Eligible Entrants will be selected at random under independent supervision (the
    “Winners”).
13. Winners will be notified using the email address provided as part of the poll submission.
    If a Winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, the Prize will be forfeited
    and we reserve the right to select an alternative Winner in accordance with the process
    described above.
14. Our decision in relation to any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no
    correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
    
    Publication of Winners
15. We will either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took
    place. To comply with this obligation we will send the surname and city of the Winners
    to anyone who emails USPrograms@kaplan.com or writes to the address set out at
    point 2 above (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the Prize Draw
    Period ending.
16. If a Winner objects to any or all of their surname and city being published or made
    available, they should contact us at USPrograms@kaplan.com. In such circumstances we
    must still provide the information to regulatory authorities on request.
    
    General
17. We do not accept responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical
    faults, technical malfunctions, computer hardware or software failures, satellite,
    network or server failures of any kind.
18. By submitting the poll, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. We
    reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these
    terms.
19. We reserve the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it
    becomes necessary to do so.
20. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage,
    personal injury or death arising from acceptance of a Prize, except where caused by our
    negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
    
    Personal Data
21. Personal data submitted in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed in
    accordance with Kaplan’s Privacy Notice.
