We will keep the personal information we process for as long as it is necessary for us to provide Students our services, to meet our business needs or to meet our regulatory and legal duties. We will delete or anonymise the personal information when it is no longer necessary to keep it.  

We will only retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for our business needs and for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of the information, the purposes for which we process the information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means. We may also be required to keep personal information for a specific period to satisfy any applicable legal requirements – for example, where we are required to keep information by the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). In some circumstances we may anonymise the personal information and use the anonymised information for statistical purposes or to improve our services. When we anonymise personal information for these purposes, we will take every reasonable measure to ensure it cannot be linked back to an individual.
