Bournemouth University International College Promotional Package Terms and Conditions

Promotional Terms for the Bournemouth University International College course and room package:

1. The Bournemouth University International College course and room package promotion: offering eligible students a reduction in tuition and accommodation fees subject to the below terms.
2. References to “our” and “we” and “us” shall mean Kaplan International Colleges U.K. Limited, whose registered office is at Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London, England, SE1 9DE and references to “you” shall mean a full-time student who:

a. has accepted an offer to study a Bournemouth University International College (BUIC) course commencing in the Autumn 2026 term;

b. submitted their application for the above BUIC course between 8 June 2026 and 31 October 2026 (inclusive);

c. has paid their tuition fee deposit for the above BUIC course on or before 31 October 2026; and

d. has been accepted to live at Kaplan Living Bournemouth for the duration of their BUIC course (see below at point 5 the pre-booking steps that must also be completed).

(“Eligible Students”)

All of 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d must apply in order for you to be an Eligible Student.

If you are an Eligible Student, you are able to take advantage of a “Package Price” for your tuition and accommodation fees (the “Offer”). The below Package Prices shall be applicable to you, depending on which BUIC course you are studying. For the avoidance of doubt, the below prices are the tuition fees applicable to the listed BUIC courses for the 2026/2027 academic year only, combined with the accommodation fees applicable to a classic ensuite room at Kaplan Living Bournemouth for the duration of your BUIC course only.

The Package Prices:

4. Room type offered will be a classic en-suite room; upgrades may be available for an additional cost, subject to availability.  
5. To be eligible for the Offer and to be able to move into a room at Kaplan Living Bournemouth, you must have completed all of the relevant pre-booking steps, including (but not limited to) signing your Licence Agreement, paying the first instalment of your licence fee and nominating a guarantor, where applicable. All the necessary pre-conditions will be advised to you when you apply for a room at Kaplan Living Bournemouth
6. The above Package Prices are not available (1) if you defer study; or (2) to any extension of your stay at Kaplan Living Bournemouth. If you opt to defer study or extend your stay, standard fee rates will apply.
7. The Offer is strictly subject to availability – once all places have been filled at BUIC and/or all classic ensuite rooms in Kaplan Living Bournemouth are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available.  
8. We do not accept responsibility in the event that applications for courses or rooms cannot be submitted due to technical faults, technical malfunctions, computer hardware or software failures, satellite, network or server failures of any kind.
9. By taking advantage of this Offer, you agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse the Offer to anyone in breach of these terms.
10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from acceptance of the Offer, except where caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Personal data submitted in connection with the Offer will be processed in accordance with Kaplan’s Privacy Notice.
