Eligibility
- To be eligible to receive a Prize, you must:

- be the one of the first twenty (20) students to have paid their tuition fee deposit during the Promotional Period (defined below);
- at the time of your enrolment at ASU London, hold a valid UK visa
(“Eligible Students”).
- IMPORTANT NOTE: It is acknowledged that Eligible Students may not hold a valid UK visa at the point at which they pay their tuition fee deposit. This does not render you ineligible to receive a Prize. However, if you receive a visa rejection or you otherwise do not hold a valid UK visa at the time of your enrollment at ASU London in September 2026, you will be ineligible to receive a Prize.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
- You will be automatically entered into the Promotion if you fulfil the criteria at point 3 above.
The Promotion Period
- The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 21 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 10 September 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The first twenty (20) Eligible Students who pay their tuition fee deposit during the Promotional Period will be eligible to receive a Prize.
How to Enter
- By paying your tuition fee deposit during the Promotional Period, you will automatically be entered into the Promotion.
- Multiple entries are not permitted.
The Prizes
- The Prize is one Apple MacBook Neo. A choice or change of colour of the computer is not available.
- The Prizes:
- are non-transferable; and
- have no cash alternative.
- We reserve the right to substitute a Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
- This Promotion is not promoted, endorsed or sponsored by, nor connected or otherwise associated with, Apple Inc., or any of its group companies or affiliates, (“Apple”). Apple is not liable for any aspect of this Promotion.
The Winners and issuance of the Prize
- The twenty (20) students eligible to receive an Apple MacBook Neo (“Prize”) will be confirmed once at least twenty (20) Eligible Students have paid their tuition fee deposit during the Promotional Period (the “Winners”).
- Winners will be notified using the email address that we have on record for you as part of your application to ASU London. If a Winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the Prize will be forfeited and we reserve the right to issue the Prize to the 21st (twenty-first) Eligible Student to pay their tuition fee deposit and so on.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: The Prize is intended to assist Eligible Students with their studies. Therefore, if you have been notified that you are a Winner, you will not be issued with your Prize until you have successfully arrived in the UK AND enrolled at ASU London. Winners will be contacted upon their enrollment in order to organise a date to collect their Prize. IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A PRIZE BE ISSUED BEFORE ENROLLMENT.
- Our decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
- It is the responsibility of the Winners to ensure that they are available to collect their Prize upon enrollment. If the Prize is not collected within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to re-issue the Prize in accordance with the process described above.
Publication of Winners
- We will either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will send the surname and city of the Winners to anyone who emails pathwaysmarketing@kaplan.com or writes to the address set out at point 2 above (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the Promotion Period ending.
- If a Winner objects to any or all of their surname and city being published or made available, they should contact us at pathwaysmarketing@kaplan.com. In such circumstances we must still provide the information to regulatory authorities on request.
General
- We do not accept responsibility for applications or payment of deposits not successfully submitted due to technical faults, technical malfunctions, computer hardware or software failures, satellite, network or server failures of any kind.
- We are not responsible and are not liable for any losses in respect of the same, in the event that:
- the Prizes malfunction or are faulty. If this happens, Winners should contact Apple for support; or
- a Winner’s visa is refused or delayed, or if a Winner has to withdraw or otherwise cancel their application to study at ASU London.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these terms.
- We reserve the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from acceptance of a Prize, except where caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
