Terms and Conditions for 2026 Alumni Survey Prize Draw

The Prize Draw and Promoter

1. The “Prize Draw”: the chance for two eligible entrants to win either a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card or a US$50 Amazon.com Gift Card, subject to the below terms.

2. References to “we”, “us”, “our” and “Kaplan” mean Kaplan International Colleges UK Limited, whose registered office is at Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London, England, SE1 9DE. We are the Promoter of the Prize Draw. References to “you” mean an individual who meets the eligibility criteria detailed below.

Eligibility

3. To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, you must:

1. have received an invitation from Kaplan via email to complete the Alumni Survey (the “Survey”);
2. fully complete and submit the Survey during the Prize Draw Period (defined below); and
3.  at the end of the Survey, confirm that you would like participate in the Prize Draw and provide the requested details (“Eligible Entrants”).

4. When confirming that you would like to participate in the Prize Draw, you must provide the same email address as the email address to which Kaplan sent your invitation to participate in the Survey. Kaplan will verify the email address provided against its records to confirm eligibility and if the email addresses do not match, you will not be entered into the Prize Draw. We recommend that you check the spelling and format of your email address carefully to avoid any inadvertent errors.

5. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw Period

6. The Prize Draw opens at 00:01 on 28 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 15 November 2026 (the “Prize Draw Period”). Individuals who submit the Survey outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

7. At the end of the Survey, you will be asked whether you wish to participate in the Prize Draw. To enter, you must select the option confirming that you wish to participate and provide the requested details, including the same email address to which your Survey invitation was sent. Only one entry per person and per invited email address is permitted. Multiple entries using the same email address will not be accepted.

The Prizes

8. There will be two (2) Winners and therefore, two (2) Prizes available to be won. Each Winner may choose one of the following:

• one Amazon.co.uk Gift Card with a value of £50; or
• one Amazon.com Gift Card with a value of US$50.

9. The Prizes:

1. are non-transferable;
2. have no cash alternative; and
3. may not be exchanged or resold.

10. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize(s) with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.

11. Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com are not sponsors of this promotion. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com, Inc. or their affiliates. Entrants, eligible or otherwise, shall under no circumstances hold Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com, Inc. or their affiliates responsible for any aspect of this Prize Draw.

The Winners

13. The Prize Draw will take place within 21 days of the closing of the Prize Draw Period. Two Eligible Entrants will be selected at random under independent supervision (the “Winners”).

14. Winners will be notified using the email address used to enter the Prize Draw. Each Winner will be asked to confirm their choice of either a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card or a US$50 Amazon.com Gift Card. If a Winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, the Prize will be forfeited and we reserve the right to select an alternative Winner in accordance with the process described above.

15. Our decision in relation to any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.

Publication of Winners

16. We will either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will send the surname and city of the Winners to anyone who emails pathwaysmarketing@kaplan.com or writes to the address set out at point 2 above (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the Prize Draw Period ending.

17. If a Winner objects to any or all of their surname and city being published or made available, they should contact us at pathwaysmarketing@kaplan.com. In such circumstances we must still provide the information to regulatory authorities on request.

General

18. We do not accept responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, technical malfunctions, computer hardware or software failures, satellite, network or server failures of any kind.
19. By choosing to participate in the Prize Draw and submitting your details at the end of the Survey, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these terms.

20. We reserve the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

21. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from acceptance of a Prize, except where caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
