When you study your pathway course online, you can expect to receive an excellent level of support.
Your teachers are available for you to speak to online, and our friendly staff are there to help you with any questions you have. You’ll also be assigned a Learning Advisor, or receive comprehensive support from your tutors, who will help you stay on track with your studies.
Before you start your course remotely, your college will send you an online registration form to complete. The process is simple — just complete and send the form online. We’ll then take care of the rest.

You might find that studying remotely is challenging, and you need further support. There’s no need to worry though, as we’ll be here for you at every step of the way.
The friendly Support Team will be available online during your studies: whether you need academic advice or support for your mental health or wellbeing, they will be there to help you. They’ll also keep you feeling connected to your classmates by arranging regular online social activities throughout the year. The Support Team will be there to advise you when it comes to progressing to your degree, so you can be sure that your university studies get off to the best possible start.
Plus, when the time comes for you to progress to your university degree, we’ll hold an online event so you can celebrate your graduation with your classmates!
When you study with us remotely, you’ll have lots of opportunities to meet other students socially through a range of online activities including quizzes, clubs and games. You can stay up to date with what’s happening by following us on social media.
These virtual social activities can really help you to improve your English (while having fun!). They are a great way to practise your English outside the classroom every day, and are particularly useful if you are studying remotely and would like more opportunities to immerse yourself in student life!
