Live with confidence

Our study centres and partner universities’ campuses are reopening this Autumn, which means we’ll be welcoming students back into our fantastic Kaplan Living residences, university accommodation and stylish private residence halls.

We understand that you may be a little uncertain about what your accommodation options are right now, or what precautions we’re taking to ensure your health and wellbeing, but don’t worry: we’re here to support you at every step.

On these pages, you can learn more about housing in the UK and USA, when to book, and how we can guide you through your options and help you make the best choice. You can also find out how we’re making sure all residences are safe places to study, relax and feel at home, so you can truly live with confidence.

Accommodation in the UK

We offer a range of accommodation types in the UK, from our own modern Kaplan Living residences, to on-campus university housing and comfortable and stylish rooms at our trusted third-party providers. Our dedicated UK accommodation team will be on hand to guide you through your options and help you to book.

To help you navigate the current uncertainty, we’ve introduced more flexibility in our contract start dates so you can pick the option that best suits your circumstances. We advise that you only book once you have received your CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Study) and know you will definitely be able to travel.

No matter where you choose to stay, all residences will be following government guidelines around social distancing, including one-way systems, sanitiser stations throughout the building and more.

We’ve also upgraded our handy student starter pack to include a free face mask and hand sanitiser for all students.

You can find out more about housing in the UK this Autumn on the UK Accommodation FAQs page.

Accommodation in the USA

Our US university partners offer their own on-campus accommodation to international students, as well as some approved off-campus residences. Each has rigorous health and safety policies in place, including reduced room capacity, social distancing measures and the wearing of face coverings in communal areas.

If you’d prefer to live off-campus, we also offer independent student housing in Boston through International Guest House, based in the stylish Back Bay neighbourhood.

You can find out more about housing for the Fall semester at each of our US university partners on the USA Accommodation FAQs page.
