You are welcome to book a room for your course start date in September; please look at our available options and submit the booking form. If you are then unable to travel we will cancel your accommodation booking at no cost.
If you are able to travel and would still like to come to the UK you are able to do so, but please ensure you let our accommodation team and the college aware of your plans.
All of our teaching is now online and you can enrol from your home country. Therefore, you are not required to travel to the UK and can cancel your accommodation booking at no cost. We’ve updated our policy on accommodation to ensure that we can be as flexible as possible, and to make sure you are safe and supported during the coronavirus outbreak.
Unfortunately, the deadline to request reimbursement was the 8th May 2020. Since that date has now passed, we are unable to process any new refund applications. However, if you have already submitted your request, we will be able to release you from your contract and won’t charge you for the Summer term starting from Saturday 30th May. If you have already paid, we can either refund any overpayment, or provide credit towards a future room booking with Kaplan Living.

Kaplan is encouraging all third-party providers it works with to offer refunds in line with its own direct students. Kaplan are discussing this with each provider and if they are able to offer a refund, we will then pass this on to the student. Please complete this form to confirm if you have already left or to let us know when you are due to leave.
At this stage, we ask that you please respect current government restrictions and do not travel. However, if possible, we would ask you to make arrangements to collect your possessions by the end of your tenancy. Please fill in this form to let us know your plans, and we can see what assistance we can provide.
Kaplan are pleased to confirm you can stay in your current room at no extra cost if you are unable to get home due to Covid-19 and staying in the UK is permissible under Tier 4 regulations. This is possible from the end of your original contract until Saturday 29th August.
Kaplan will provide assistance and guidance in speaking with your provider to ensure a solution is reached. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.
If you are still living in your student room you are required to adhere to the terms of your tenancy, which includes the payment of your rent until the end of the contract period.
